Jaya jaya he Bhagavātī sūra bhāratī
tava chāranoū prāṇamāṁaḥ ||
Nāda brahmāmayī jaya Vageśwarī
śāranaṁ te gacchāmaḥ ||
Victory, victory O Goddess of music and the arts
At Your feet I offer obeisance
Permeated with the Divine Sound, victory, O Goddess of voice
In Your presence I take refuge.
