Nataraj Langdon, RYT 200
Nataraj, RYT 200, has devoted the past 6 years to self-inquiry, contemplative prayer, and immersive study of sacred scriptures. His most cherished and intimate relationships reside with the Mandukya Upanishad, the Katha Upanishad, the Bhagavad Gita, the Gospel of Thomas, A Course in Miracles, I Am That (Nisargadatta Maharaj), the Ashtavakra Gita, the Christian Bible and the Ribhu Gita. Nataraj graduated from the 200-hour Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training. After serving and studying at Sivananda Ashram Bahamas for nearly a year, Nataraj came to reside at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville, where he has served for the past year and a half. His greatest joy is the shared experience of inquiry into the paradoxical nature of being and doing, of the mystical and the tangible. Nataraj is a generous and loving guide and his enthusiasm for spiritual inquiry is contagious.
