The Bandhas' - A postscript to Part Nine of the series, which concluded discussion on Chapter 6 (The Yoga of Meditation). "Bandha" means 'binding' or 'lock'. Practicing the bandhas binds the prana, or vital energy, towards different nerve centres and glands, and acts as an aid to help concentration.
